Digrawretum. That's where I live. I wasn't really aware of my local history; that is, I know all about Uppsala but not Storvreta - I knew there was an old railway station from the 19th century in the village but always assumed in a vague way that the place was first inhabited in the 17th century or so. I certainly didn't know that it was mentioned on rune stones. But there it is; the first Storvretian who is mentioned in the non-Runic alphabet was one Jöns in Digrawretom (or Dygrawretom) who lived here in the 14th century.

That's kind of cool. For Swedish-speakers, more information here.
